JET (Just Enough Transmission) Training Video Series
To improve repair efficiency across nationwide Geek Squad locations, I developed a library of over 50 “JET” (Just Enough Transmission) micro-training videos designed to give field technicians quick, actionable guidance for common hardware issues—reducing the volume of devices unnecessarily shipped to centralized repair facilities. These short, mobile-friendly lessons focused on fast diagnostics, tech tips, and best practices that could be followed in real time at the workstation. This early pilot example covers POST (Power-On Self-Test) troubleshooting, helping technicians identify whether essential hardware is functioning properly at boot-up based on system behavior and error indicators. By enabling faster, on-site fixes, the JET video program helped improve turnaround times, reduce shipping and labor costs, and build technician confidence in resolving everyday repairs.
Employee Review Process Training Video
To support the launch of a new performance review process, I produced an engaging, leader-focused training video that balanced clarity with a light and approachable tone. The goal was to introduce expectations and workflows in a way that was easy to understand, memorable, and flexible for future updates. By leveraging motion graphics instead of live-action footage, the video could be quickly revised as program details evolved, eliminating the need for reshoots and ensuring long term relevance. Leaders were able to use the video both as a learning tool and as an ongoing reference with their teams, helping drive consistency across reviews, strengthen goal alignment, and support a fair and empowering employee experience.
Emotional Intelligence Training Slide Deck
I developed a concise, facilitator-led Emotional Intelligence training designed to support employees and leaders in navigating daily challenges within a fast-paced workplace. While many team members already possessed foundational EI skills, this training served as an important refresher, reinforcing how self awareness, empathy, communication, and emotional regulation directly influence teamwork and performance. The content was intentionally streamlined to encourage open discussion, quick practical application, and reflection on real workplace scenarios. By highlighting EI as an essential professional skill rather than a corrective measure, the trainings help build a more supportive, resilient, and collaborative work environment.
Act-On Draft Creation Step-by-Step Guide
To simplify onboarding and support communications team members who used Act-On infrequently, I created a detailed, step-by-step job aid for building newsletter drafts within the platform. Act-On, a cloud-based marketing automation tool, offers powerful features but can feel complex for new or occasional users — particularly when setting up branded email layouts for the Services division. This guide breaks the process down into clear, visual steps that walk users through building a newsletter from start to finish, ensuring brand accuracy and reducing setup and troubleshooting time. Designed as both a training asset and a quick reference resource, it improved user confidence, reduced support requests, and helped maintain consistency across digital communications.
5 Point Pledge Graphic
To reinforce core expectations in both technical performance and customer service, I created a dual-purpose training document that also functioned as branded workplace signage. Centered around the company’s 5-Point Pledge, 1) Stand behind your work, 2) Respect equipment as if it were your own, 3) Provide expert service at a competitive price, 4) Do what it takes to make it right, and 5) We’ll teach you to use your system, the piece was designed for onboarding sessions as well as ongoing visual reinforcement in work areas and meeting spaces. The clean, bold layout made the pledge highly visible and easy to reference, helping employees internalize key values and consistently deliver the level of service that defines the company’s reputation. This asset became an important cultural touchpoint, supporting training while strengthening operational excellence and pride in craftsmanship.
